هذي الصفحة تشرح شنو البيانات اللي يجمعها link4u.org، وليش، ومع من تنشارك.

1. بيانات أصحاب الحسابات

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، الإيميل، وكلمة السر. كلمة السر تنحفظ مشفّرة بطريقة ما تسمح لنا ولا لغيرنا بقراءتها.
• المحتوى: الروابط، صفحات الروابط، الصور، النصوص، والحملات اللي تنشئها.
• محاولات الدخول الفاشلة: نحفظ الإيميل وعنوان الشبكة (IP) لمدة 15 دقيقة تقريباً، لمنع تخمين كلمات السر.

2. بيانات زوار الروابط

لما أحد يفتح رابطاً أو صفحة أنشأها أحد العملاء، نعدّ الزيارة ونسجّل معها ثلاثة أشياء فقط: اليوم، نوع الجهاز (آيفون، أندرويد، أو غيره)، والدولة. وفي صفحات الروابط نعدّ عدد الضغطات على كل زر.

ما نحفظ عنوان الشبكة (IP) للزائر، وما نحط في جهازه أي ملفات تتبّع، وما نبني عنه ملفاً شخصياً. هذي الأرقام تظهر لصاحب الرابط كإحصائيات مجمّعة.

3. ملفات الارتباط (Cookies)

• ملف الجلسة: يبقيك مسجّل الدخول لمدة تصل إلى 30 يوماً.
• ملف اللغة: يحفظ اختيارك بين العربية والإنجليزية.

ما نستخدم ملفات ارتباط للإعلانات أو لتتبّعك في مواقع ثانية.

4. الجهات اللي نستعين فيها

• Cloudflare: الاستضافة، قاعدة البيانات، الحماية، والتحقق من إنك مو روبوت. طلباتك تمر عبر شبكتهم، ومنها عنوان الشبكة.
• Resend: إرسال رسائل تأكيد الإيميل واسترجاع كلمة السر، ويوصلهم إيميلك لهذا الغرض.
• Google Fonts: خطوط الموقع وصفحات الروابط تتحمّل من خوادم Google، فيوصلهم عنوان الشبكة لمتصفحك.

ما نبيع بياناتك، وما نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض إعلانية.

5. مدة الحفظ

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك ومحتواك طول ما حسابك موجود. لما تحذف رابطاً تنحذف إحصائياته معه. ولما تطلب حذف حسابك نحذف بياناتك، إلا ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ فيه.

6. حقوقك

تقدر تعدّل محتواك وكلمة سرك من لوحة التحكم. ولطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك، تواصل معنا.

7. الحماية

الاتصال بالموقع مشفّر (https)، وكلمات السر محفوظة مشفّرة، وبيانات كل عميل معزولة عن غيره. ومع هذا ما فيه نظام آمن 100%، فاختر كلمة سر قوية وما تستخدمها في مكان ثاني.

8. تحديث السياسة

ممكن نحدّث هذي السياسة، وتاريخ آخر تحديث يظهر في أعلى الصفحة. إذا كان التغيير مهم بنبلّغك.

Privacy policy

This page explains what data link4u.org collects, why, and who it is shared with.

1. Account holders

• Account details: name, email and password. The password is stored in a protected form that neither we nor anyone else can read.
• Content: the links, links pages, pictures, text and campaigns you create.
• Failed sign-in attempts: we keep the email and network (IP) address for about 15 minutes, to stop password guessing.

2. Visitors of links

When someone opens a link or page made by a customer, we count the visit and record only three things with it: the day, the device type (iPhone, Android or other) and the country. On links pages we also count how many times each button is pressed.

We do not store the visitor's IP address, we do not place tracking files on their device, and we do not build a profile of them. These numbers are shown to the link's owner as combined statistics.

3. Cookies

• Session cookie: keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
• Language cookie: remembers your choice of Arabic or English.

We do not use cookies for advertising or to follow you on other sites.

4. Services we rely on

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, protection, and the “are you a person” check. Your requests pass through their network, including your IP address.
• Resend: sending the email-confirmation and password-reset messages; they receive your email address for that purpose.
• Google Fonts: the fonts of the site and of links pages load from Google's servers, so Google receives your browser's IP address.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account details and content for as long as your account exists. When you delete a link, its statistics are deleted with it. When you ask us to delete your account we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.

6. Your rights

You can change your content and password from the dashboard. To ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account, contact us.

7. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (https), passwords are stored in protected form, and each customer's data is kept separate from the others. Even so, no system is 100% secure, so choose a strong password and do not reuse it elsewhere.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date of the last update is shown at the top. For important changes we will tell you.
