شروط الاستخدام

هذي الشروط تنظّم استخدامك لموقع link4u.org («الخدمة»). بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام الخدمة أنت توافق عليها.
1. الخدمة
link4u يعطيك روابط ذكية تحوّل الزائر إلى متجر التطبيقات المناسب لجهازه، وصفحات روابط تجمع حساباتك وروابطك، مع رموز QR وإحصائيات للنقرات.
2. حسابك
- سجّل بإيميل صحيح تملكه، وحافظ على كلمة السر. أنت المسؤول عن كل ما يتم من حسابك.
- لازم يكون عمرك 18 سنة أو أكثر، أو تستخدم الخدمة بموافقة ولي أمرك.
3. المحتوى والروابط
أنت المسؤول عن الروابط والصفحات والصور والنصوص اللي تضيفها، وعن الأماكن اللي توصّل لها. وتبقى ملكيتها لك. بإضافتها تعطينا الإذن بعرضها وتخزينها بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.
4. الاستخدام الممنوع
ممنوع استخدام الخدمة في:
- التصيّد أو الاحتيال أو انتحال شخصية أي شخص أو جهة أو علامة تجارية.
- نشر برامج ضارة أو الروابط المؤدية إليها.
- محتوى مخالف للقانون، أو ينتهك حقوق الغير أو ملكيتهم الفكرية.
- الرسائل المزعجة، أو تضخيم النقرات بشكل مصطنع، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو اختراقها.
يحق لنا إيقاف أي رابط أو صفحة أو حساب يخالف هذي الشروط، بدون إشعار مسبق إذا لزم الأمر.
5. التوفر والحدود
نحرص على استمرار الخدمة لكن ما نضمن إنها تشتغل بدون انقطاع. فيه حدود لعدد الروابط والصفحات وحجم الصور، وممكن تتغير. إذا حذفت رابطاً أو انوقف، عنوانه ورمز QR الخاص فيه يتوقفون عن العمل.
6. السعر
الخدمة مجانية حالياً. إذا أضفنا باقات مدفوعة لاحقاً بنعلن عنها بوضوح قبل تطبيقها، وما راح ينخصم منك شي بدون موافقتك.
7. حدود المسؤولية
الخدمة مقدّمة «كما هي». إلى الحد اللي يسمح به القانون، ما نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة، مثل خسارة أرباح أو بيانات أو نتائج حملة إعلانية، ناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة أو توقفها.
8. إنهاء الحساب
تقدر تتوقف عن استخدام الخدمة في أي وقت وتطلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالتواصل معنا.
9. تغيير الشروط
ممكن نحدّث هذي الشروط. إذا كان التغيير مهم بنبلّغك بالإيميل أو بإشعار في الموقع. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك.
10. القانون المطبّق
تخضع هذي الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.

These terms cover your use of link4u.org (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
link4u gives you smart links that send each visitor to the right app store for their device, and links pages that bring your accounts and links together, with QR codes and click statistics.
2. Your account
- Register with a real email address you own and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a guardian's consent.
3. Content and links
You are responsible for the links, pages, pictures and text you add, and for where they lead. They remain yours. By adding them you allow us to store and show them as far as needed to run the service.
4. What is not allowed
You may not use the service for:
- Phishing, fraud, or pretending to be any person, organisation or brand.
- Spreading malware or links that lead to it.
- Content that is illegal or that infringes other people's rights or intellectual property.
- Spam, artificially inflating clicks, or trying to disrupt or break into the service.
We may block any link, page or account that breaks these terms, without notice where necessary.
5. Availability and limits
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. There are limits on the number of links and pages and on picture sizes, and they may change. If you delete a link or it is blocked, its address and QR code stop working.
6. Price
The service is currently free. If we add paid plans later we will announce them clearly beforehand, and you will never be charged without your agreement.
7. Limits of liability
The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, lost data or the results of an advertising campaign, arising from use of the service or from it being unavailable.
8. Closing your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by contacting us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
